Community Talent Map Tool

As you are planning activities, think about who in your community has knowledge in different areas who would be willing and excited to share this with youth – these people can support your program delivery. Here is a tool to help you think about this that was created by the Warrior program.

You might also need to consider safety and liability – e.g. will you ask for criminal record checks from all those who interact with youth? Why or why not? Is there agreement on the community leadership team about this? What are the pros/cons of going in each direction? How will your decision be received by the community?
