Information Sharing Agreement Template

The 'Information Sharing Agreement Template' shared by the Central Coast Indigenous Resource Alliance is a useful tool to assist your community in drafting an Information Sharing Agreement. It could be used for entering into a collaborative process, joint decision-making process or a one off project with a Crown agency. It does not constitute legal advice but rather provides wording on the necessary elements of an agreement such as preliminary recitals ("whereas"), authorized users, limitations on use, ownership of information, and disclosing to third parties.
