Warrior Program Community Coordinator To Do's

Once you’ve presented your program idea to several different people, it’s time to hire the Program Coordinator and find funding for the program. Sometimes you need to hire the Coordinator to be able to find funding – and there has to be someone available with the time / skills to hire. 

If you’re the person who came up with the idea for the youth program, you may be in a variety of positions. You might be an adult mentor, knowledge keeper / sharer, or someone else. You may be the right person to be the Program Coordinator or you may not. It’s important to post this position so that a fair process can take place to decide who will be hired.
